Stacey believes that Care should never be about forcing individuals to fit into a one-size-fits-all model. True care is about recognising each person’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances, ensuring they receive support that is as individual as they are. Determined to make a real difference, Stacey set out to create a company that would put the client first—where dignity, respect, and person-centred care weren’t just ideals, but the foundation of everything. 

And so, WeKare was born.

Since then, the vision has grown, and so has the team. Enter Area Manager Gemma Tilbury, whose dedication and leadership have helped shape WeKare into the compassionate, client-focused service it is today.
