Although we wear identification badges and carry ID, we do not wear uniforms. We believe that a fully uniformed carer can unintentionally signal that a vulnerable person lives in the home, potentially compromising their privacy and security. Additionally, when accompanying clients outside, dressing in everyday clothing helps create a more natural and discreet experience, allowing them to feel more independent rather than visibly appearing to be with a support worker.
